Your Beepy device uses a combination of GPS satellites, Wi-Fi positioning, and mobile cell tower data (LBS) to pinpoint its location. This position is sent to our secure servers over the 4G LTE network and appears on your app in real time — typically updating every 10 to 60 seconds depending on your tracking mode and settings.

Yes — after the first year, a subscription is required to continue using location tracking. Your Beepy device purchase already includes the first 12 months at no extra charge. From year two, you can continue with a monthly plan (1.490 Ft/month) or save with our annual plan (14.990 Ft/year — that is 2 months free). We will notify you before your first year ends, and we will never charge you without your explicit permission.

The Beepy tracker is equipped with a 650 mAh battery with an official runtime of up to 96 hours (4 days) under typical use. Real-world battery life depends on tracking frequency, signal strength, and whether voice calling is used. The Beepy app will send you a low battery alert so you always have time to charge before it runs out.

Absolutely. Your location data is stored exclusively on our EU-based servers (Hetzner, Frankfurt, Germany) and is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties or advertisers. Beepy is fully GDPR-compliant, and you are always in complete control of your data. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Yes — one account supports up to 3 Beepy devices under one account, all visible in the app at the same time. If you need to track more than 3 devices, please get in touch with us at hello@getbeepy.com and we will find the right solution for you.

Activation is quick and easy. Once your Beepy arrives, download the Beepy app, create your account, and scan the QR code printed on your device using the in-app scanner. That is all — your Beepy will be online and tracking within minutes. A step-by-step Quick Start guide is included in the box.

We currently ship within the European Union. Shipping times and exact costs vary by country and are shown at checkout. If you are outside the EU and interested in Beepy, please reach out to us at hello@getbeepy.com.

We want you to be completely happy with your Beepy. If you experience an issue with your device, please document the problem with a photo or a short video and contact us at hello@getbeepy.com. Every Beepy device purchase includes 12 months of subscription at no additional cost — it is built into the device price. You get full access to all features from the very first day. Towards the end of your first year, we will send you a reminder with your options: continue with a monthly or annual plan, or simply do nothing and your subscription will not renew automatically. We never charge you without your permission.

You are always in control. After your first year, your subscription continues only if you actively choose to subscribe. If you are on a monthly or annual plan and wish to cancel, simply do not renew at the end of your billing period — or contact us at hello@getbeepy.com and we will take care of it. No hidden fees, no surprises, no auto-renewals without your consent.

When you cancel your subscription, the Beepy app and all features (live tracking, geofence alerts, history) will no longer be accessible. Your device hardware remains fully functional — you can continue using it independently by replacing the Beepy SIM card with any standard prepaid SIM card.
